Construction of w.c. at site mohana.
earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by engineer-in-charge ( all kinds of soil).
excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. all kinds of soil. pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.
providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level of 148 (1 cement 4 coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.
brick work with common burnt clay fps (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 with cement mortar 16 (1 cement 6 coarse sand).
providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (indian type), long pattern w.c. pan of size 580 mm.
providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes 100 mm dia, centrifugally cast (spun) iron socket & spigot (s & s) pipe as per is 3989.
providing and filling the joints with spun yarn, cement slurry and cement mortar 12 (1 cement 2 fine sand) in s.c.i./ c.l. pipes 100 mm dia pipe.
providing and fixing collar 100 mm, sand cast iron s &s as per is - 3989.
filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
rectangular shape 500x500 mm precast r.c.c. manhole cover with frame - m.d. - 10.
providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade m10 made of c&d waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in. cement mortar 16 (1 cement 6 coarse sand) over leach pits.
